Title: Epoxy Resin System Maximum Strength, Minimum Shrinkage

Introduction:

Our Epoxy Resin is a two-component thermosetting system (resin + hardener) designed for applications demanding the highest level of mechanical performance, chemical resistance, and adhesive strength. It outperforms polyester and vinyl ester in nearly every structural metric.

Why Choose Epoxy?

Unmatched Adhesion: Bonds to carbon fiber, glass, metals, concrete, and cured composites without primers.

Zero Corrosion Risk: No styrene emissions; safer for closed-mold processes.

Exceptional Durability: Resists water ingress, fatigue cracking, and thermal cycling.

Crystal Clear or Pigmentable: Available in clear laminating resin (visible carbon finishes) or tooling grades (gray/black).

Grades Available:

Laminating Epoxy: Low viscosity (200–400 cP) for wet lay-up, vacuum infusion, and carbon prepreg compatible.

Structural Adhesive Epoxy: High thixotropy, gap-filling, for bonding composite to composite or metal.

Tooling Epoxy: High Tg (>150°C), low shrinkage, for molds and master patterns.

Flood Coating/Tabletop Epoxy: Self-leveling, UV-stabilized for bar tops, floors, and art.

Typical Curing Schedule (Laminating Grade):

Pot life: 20–45 min (at 25°C, 100g mix)

Tack-free time: 4–6 hours

Full cure (ambient): 24–48 hours

Post-cure (for max properties): 60°C for 4 hours

Target Industries:

Aerospace, marine (hull structural laminates), wind blades, high-end automotive, carbon fiber repair, and industrial tooling.
