Durable, Energy-Efficient, and Modern Building Solutions
Product Overview:
Our aluminum door and window frames are precision-engineered for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Combining high structural strength with sleek modern aesthetics, aluminum frames offer superior durability, low maintenance, and excellent thermal performance when paired with thermal break technology. Available in a wide range of profiles, finishes, and glass configurations to suit any architectural requirement.
Key Features Common to All Aluminum Frames:
High strength-to-weight ratio allows for slim profiles and larger glass panes
Excellent corrosion resistance (no rust, rot, or swelling)
Low maintenance – requires only occasional cleaning
Long service life (30+ years with minimal degradation)
Fully recyclable (environmentally sustainable)
Fire resistant (non-combustible material)
Precision extruded profiles for consistent quality and fit
Product Categories:
1. Aluminum Window Frames
Our window frame systems accommodate various opening styles to match building design and ventilation needs.
Available Window Types:
Casement Windows (side-hinged, open outward or inward)
Sliding Windows (horizontal sliding sashes)
Tilt & Turn Windows (European style – tilts inward for ventilation, turns for full opening)
Awning Windows (top-hinged, open outward)
Louver Windows (multiple horizontal glass slats)
Fixed Windows (non-operable, maximized glass area)
Standard Profile Series (by frame depth):
50 mm series (economy residential)
55 mm series (standard residential)
65 mm series (improved thermal performance)
70 mm series (high performance, commercial)
80 mm series (heavy duty, commercial/industrial)
2. Aluminum Door Frames
Our door frame systems are designed for high traffic areas requiring durability, security, and aesthetic appeal.
Available Door Types:
Sliding Doors (single or double sliding, ideal for patios and balconies)
French / Hinged Doors (side-hinged, single or double)
Bi-Fold Doors (multiple panels folding to one or both sides)
Swing Doors (commercial entrance doors with heavy-duty hinges)
Sliding Glass Doors (large glass panels, seamless indoor-outdoor transition)
Thermal Break Technology for Energy Efficiency
Standard (non-thermal) aluminum frames conduct heat readily, which can reduce energy efficiency in extreme climates. Our thermal break frames address this limitation.
How Thermal Break Works:
Two separate aluminum profiles (interior and exterior) are joined by a structural polyamide (nylon) strip. This plastic barrier interrupts heat conduction, significantly reducing thermal transfer.
Benefits of Thermal Break Frames:
Reduced heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer
Improved condensation resistance on interior frame surfaces
Higher energy ratings (complies with LEED, Passive House, and local building codes)
Comfortable interior surface temperatures (no cold aluminum feel)
Typical U-value improvement: from 5.5 W/m²K (non-thermal) to 1.4–2.5 W/m²K (thermal break)
Non-thermal frames remain suitable for mild climates, unheated buildings, or interior applications where thermal performance is not critical.
